  • One home visit meeting, topic of your choice

  • On-call prior to EDD (estimated date of delivery)

  • Back up doula available

  • Labor time: I am with you from start to finish

  • Postpartum support immediately after birth 1-2 hours

  • Initial breastfeeding assistance

 

Package 2

  • Free initial consult (Discuss past births, needs, barriers, EDD, and choice of physician etc.)

  • Unlimited contact during pregnancy and postpartum support via phone, text and email.

  • Review birth plan consult

  • Three home visit meeting, topic of your choice

  • On-call prior to EDD (estimated date of delivery)

  • One Prenatal Massage

  • Back up doula available

  • Labor time: I am with you from start to finish

  • 5-10 keep sake pictures of delivery and postpartum

  • Postpartum support immediately after birth 1-2 hours

  • Initial breastfeeding assistance

  • 2 postpartum home visits. 1st visit is within the first week of being home and the 2nd visit at 4 weeks or sooner, based on needs of the family.

Sweet Tooth (Add-on Services)

  • Placenta Encapsulation

  • Baby Wearing

  • Cloth Diapering

  • Yoni steaming

  • One on One Advisory Support (Life Skills, Goal Setting, Life Crisis Support, Community Resources/Referrals)

 

Urban Godmother

  • Postpartum care 3-4 days a week

  • Tailored scheduling

  • Light Housing Keeping

  • Meal Preparing

  • Baby Feeding Support

  • If applicable wound care support for cesareans only.

  • Sitz bath

COVID 19

*All visits can be held virtually during COVID if safe face-to-face is not possible. If face-to-face visits are preferred both parties will practice social distancing that is reasonable to achieve visit. Doula will wear a face mask; however, she is not requiring other party to wear a face mask. Overall goal is to keep all parties safe and happy during this uncertain time.
